Our Yorkshire Farm
Since 2018, Amanda, Clive and their 9 children (not forgetting their 1000 sheep and other animals) have appeared in Our Yorkshire Farm – the hit documentary series on Channel 5.
Now in its 5th series, Our Yorkshire Farm follows Amanda, Clive and the children on one of the highest and most remote hill farms in England. The observational documentary chronicles the highs and lows of the farming year at Ravenseat – while offering an insight into their family life.
Our Yorkshire Farm has been filmed in and around Ravenseat since 2018. Over 5 series, it has seen the family take on a number of unique challenges – from the extreme cold of the “Beast from the East” and one of the hottest summers on record, to the struggles of balancing home schooling for 9 children and farming in the middle of a pandemic.
Our Yorkshire Farm has proved incredibly popular with viewers, attracting roughly 4 million viewers for each episode. In 2021, it was nominated for a National Television Award for best factual TV programme.
