Working in conjunction with McIntyre Meats of Hawes, we can supply discerning customers with responsibly farmed, high welfare home bred lambs cut to your specification.
Our sheep roam and graze upon some of the highest pastures and heather moors of Swaledale and our slow maturing lambs are tender, flavoursome and lean.
A short journey from our farm to the local butcher gives both you, and us, peace of mind that your lamb was handled minimally, sensitively and quietly.

"The lamb arrived this morning. Thank you for sending it so beautifully packed and labelled. I had two of the lamb chops this evening and they are the best I have ever tasted. Really plump, tender and sweet. So lovely to see even the lamb's ear tag number on the packs. It took me back to my childhood 70 years ago before supermarkets. As a contrast I had an organic chicken from Sainsbury's last week which cost me £15.00 and was the toughest old bird I have ever tasted.
