Julia and Amanda go way back, their first meeting includes a lot of mud, a film crew and a quad bike! They will be on stage together again at Countryside Live on Saturday 19th October at the Harrogate Showground. Amanda will also be book signing on The Outdoor Guide stand 056 at 4.00pm.
Julia Bradbury Says: “What I like about Amanda is that she is forthright, strong, independent, she's a career woman, but also this incredible mother, a fantastic wife and very emotional, thoughtful and caring person who has a real energy about her.”
Amanda says “I think Julia and I are both outgoing characters and strong women who hold down very different careers, and are mothers as well.”
The Outdoor Guide (TOG) is a free online resource set up by Julia that collates all outdoor-related information into one easy to navigate space. TOG has been committed to creating a countryside accessible to all too.
Debbie runs AccessTOG which is the accessible branch of the company and she has led the way by developing an ever-expanding collection of wheelchair friendly walks for people with limited or no mobility. Debbie will also be on the stand (#056) talking about all things wheels!
